Raw materials of charcoal manufacturing oven:

1) Tree branches, roots, hardwood branches, softwood branches, etc.

2) Some nut shells, such coconut shell, walnut shell, palm shell, etc.

3) Biomass briquettes made  from sawdust, small agriculture wastes.

4) Leaves.

5) Plant stalk, such as peanut stalk, rice stalk, wheat stalk, corn cob, corn stalk, etc. 

6) Bark.

7) Sugarcane bagasse.

8) Bamboo.

Burning effect and burning time of charcoal carbonized by charcoal manufacturing oven:

After coconut shell or any other tree branches being carbonized by carbonization furnace into charcoal,

the final charcoal is smokeless, smelless with higher calorific value. The calorific valuecan be 8000-9000

Kcal according to different kinds raw materials. And the charcoal's weight onle one third of its origional

weight.

Brief introduction of natural charcoal manufacturing oven:

Natural charcoal manufacturing oven is an environmental carbonization furnace, which is saving fuel during 

the whole carbonization process. Natural charcoal manufacturing oven uses thermal decompose goods in

the charcoal manufacturing oven by its incomplete combustion.

Working principle of natural charcoal manufacturing oven:

1) Drying stage: First, we should set fire on wood, tree branches, wood briquettes, etc.(which we have laid

in charcoal manufacturing oven) through four holes which locate furnace's bottom. Then close the holes. And 

close the upper holes till the thermometer (which loactes on the surface of thr furnace) reaches 100°C. At this 

stage, the temperature in the furnace will reach about 100-160°C,and all the water content will be evaporated.

2) Initial phase of carbonization: At this stage, the temperature in the furnace will reach 160-280°C, wood,

coconut shell, wood briquettes, etc. will be decomposed into carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc.

3) Carbonization stage: At this stage, the temperature will reach 280-450°C, wood, coconut shell, wood

briquettes,etc. will be decomposed rapidly and finally carbonized into charcoal.

4) Carbonization time: 14 hours (Carbonize briquette in furnace about 8 hours,then cool them about 6 

hours in charcoal manufacturing oven)

Airflow charcoal manufacturing oven uses the advanced thermal airflow carbonization technology. Which

greatly increases the rate of carbonization, carbonization rate is improved to 99%. And the carbonization

time improve to 6 hours. Airflow charcoal manufacturing oven is convenient operation, good safety, high

efficiency. Airflow charcoal mabufacturing oven can save a lot of energy, so it is environmental protection.

Copmpared with natural charcoal manufacturing oven, airflow type has its own advantages, such as airflow

charcoal manufacturing oven has much shorter carbonization time, save a lot of time, etc. But on the other 

hand, natural wood charcoal kiln has better carbonization effect, lower fuel consumption, etc. It only need

about 6 hours to finish one cycle.

Airflow charcoal manufacturing oven's carbonization time is about 4hours, and then pull out off the suspending

drums from airflow carbonization furnace, cool outside about 4 hours.

If our raw material is in small size, such as sawdust, thin shell, how to carbonize it in

charcoal manufacturing oven?

Dear customer, if your raw material is too small , and you also want to make good quality charcoal.

You'd better not carbonize it in charcoal manufacturing oven directly. Because of its low density, its

carbonization effect is not as good as high density biomass briquettes. So I suggest you choosing

a biomass briquette machine to make small size raw material into biomass briquette before carbonizing

it.

The workflow is like this: small raw material→Hammer Crusher→Biomas briquette

machine→biomass briquettes→Charcoal manufacturing oven→Charcoal

If your raw material is sawdust, soft plant straw, soft fruit shell, leaves, tree

branches(<30mm), etc. You can click the follow biomass briquette machine
